MICHELLE-TODDLER

ABOUT

Hi, I’m Michelle 🙂

I’m a web developer living in Toronto, Canada and I love making things. This site is home to the collection of things I’ve made.

My larger sites can be found under projects, and a few odds and ends can be found under demos.

For the past few years I’ve been building side-projects, which has allowed me to take rough ideas and build them into living products. What I like about this is that I’m constantly switching between wireframes, design, front-end development, backend development, and everything in between.

I’m also a volunteer with some awesome projects here in Toronto, including being a mentor for Girls Learning Code, and hanging out with the amazing girls coding club, Girls Crack the Code, at Nelson Mandela Park Public School.

One of my favourite projects, Think Ellie Academy, is a free program to help kids do better in math. Think Ellie is currently being beta tested by a class here in Toronto. Nothing brings me more joy than helping a kid reach that ‘Aha!’ moment in coding or math. It’s a life-changing feeling, and something I’d love to share with everyone.
